Recognition reflects OEM’s performance in quality, delivery and supplier support
OEM Fabricators has achieved the Excellent level of certification through Caterpillar’s Supplier Excellence Certification Program, recognizing OEM among Caterpillar’s top-performing suppliers.
The certification was achieved in April 2026 and represents the highest level within Caterpillar’s Supplier Excellence program.
Caterpillar’s Supplier Excellence program evaluates suppliers across a range of performance measures, including product quality, production and service performance, production part approval and capacity. Caterpillar describes suppliers achieving its world-class certification levels as top-performing members of its global supply network.
The standards for achieving Excellent certification are particularly demanding. Caterpillar’s criteria require Excellent-level suppliers to achieve, among other measures, 50 or fewer defective parts per million over the previous 12 months, 98% production and service performance, and 100% PPAP performance.
In notifying OEM of the certification, Caterpillar recognized the work of the OEM team:

For OEM, the recognition reflects the combined efforts of Team Members throughout the organization – from manufacturing and quality to engineering, planning, purchasing and customer support.

Caterpillar representatives recently visited OEM’s Neillsville, Wisconsin, facility to present the team with a plaque recognizing the achievement.
